4 Amazing wedding days in Seville

Rebecca & Ralph’s wedding was  4 amazing days in the city of love, Seville. Full of emotions, passion and happiness.  It  was an  Interntaional wedding celebrated in the stunning Capilla Real in the Cathedral of Seville. But the days before all the guests was invited to a passionate flamenco show in one of the most authentic ” Flamenco  Tablao” with an exclusive flamenco  performance only for the wedding guests in the charming old town, Santa Cruz quarter. At  one of Seville’s most famous sommer terraces by the river  of Guadalquivir  was the location chosen by Rebecca & Ralph to welcome all their guest  for a wonderful welcome cocktail. The stunning wedding party was held at one of Seville’s most  prestigie Luxury hotels. The bride & groom farwelled all their guest with a brunch  with an increadable  cathedral view at one of Seville first but not less impressing  rooftop terrace.

Rebacca & Ralph   Wedding Preparations  in Seville

Rebecca & Ralph  were both living in USA but have originally their family roots from Libanon. Rebecca is a true Seville lover and had even been in Seville serveral times and was quite clear  that Seville was the place where she wanted to celebrate her wedding with Ralph.

They found it very easy to chose the historical  Luxury wedding hotel in Seville and  it was a pleasure for me to meet Rebacca and her family together with Ralph  on a sunny February day in Seville. They told me more about their wedding ideas and wedding theme. We arranged a meeting with almost all of the venders. Our recommdations for  destinations weddings is  at least one visit to Seville for the menu tasting and to meet and give  us an aproval of our suggested partners. The excellent food at the hotel gave them a nice and almost  4 h long food tasting. We were in charge and arranged all the requirements and paper work required from the Cathedral for a religous  catholic wedding in Spain.

The Post wedding Photos and the Welcome Party

Seville was as beautiful as always showing  off its best side,  the day before the wedding day, when Rebacca and Ralph together with the professional wedding Fotographer Maria Benitez  @maria_benitez_fotografia  strolled through Seville’s many charming narrow streets and “romantic plazas “to find the most increadable spots for their pre wedding photo session.

By the river next to the Isabel II  Bridge a private area was reserved for the wedding guests close to  the Triana neighbourhood. A delightful cocktail was prepared with a mixture between typical delicious Spanish food and other  tasteful  international  finger food dishes while many guests  and families were  reunian from different part of the world.

The Big Wedding Day   – Ceremony

Following the Libanon pre wedding tradition  a small lady’s party for the bride, bridesmaids, friends and family and for the groom, bestman friends and family arranged separatly where the guests bring gifts and greetings to the couple.

The big wedding day  arrived  on a warm summer day in June. The ceremony was the first and as per today the only Bizantine wedding ceremony that ever has been taking place in Arabic in Seville’s Cathedral.  Elegant horse carriages  picked up the bride, groom and closest family at the hotel for a elegant ride through the beautiful streets of  Seville on their way to the Catedral.

The priest was brought in  from Rome for the ocacion and performed an emotional  ceremony following the Bizantine ritual in the Stunning Capilla Real in the Cathedral.

The Wedding  Party

While  Ralph and Rebecca  went for their wedding photos  the guests were warmly welcomed at the Luxury hotel  with soft and genuin Spanish flamenco fusion music in the amazing gardens. While they served a superb cocktail.

The Royal Room  was the best option for the delightful  3 course wedding dinner, Rebecca’s Spanish teacher enterained with a lovely dance, but the highlight of the evening was Ralph & Rebecca’ s unexpected  trained wedding dance that I think surprised all the guests.

Finally this  amazing wedding day  was finalized with a stunning disco through late hours.
