As experienced destination wedding planners; our promise is to plan every single detail on behalf of you at each stage and just like you would do in the desired professional way.
Either it’s only for you two or with your guests up to 200. According to your wishes; we will offer you venues and suggest you the best locations. While sorting out the paperwork and other legal requirements, we’ll be bargaining with vendors and look after their payments on behalf of you.

Why should I hire a wedding planner for my destination wedding?
Every country has its own rules, language and way of doing things. A local planner knows the venues and suppliers personally, so you get the right people at the right price – and avoid the stress of organising everything from abroad.
Why get married in Seville?
Palaces, haciendas, orange-blossom patios, rooftop views of the Giralda and sunshine most of the year. Seville has an airport and fast trains from Madrid, and is easy to combine with a holiday in Andalusia.
The venue has a coordinator; do I need a wedding planner?
The venue coordinator looks after the venue: set-up, timing and their own staff. Your wedding planner looks after you: all the other suppliers, the budget, the paperwork, your guests – and makes sure the whole day runs smoothly.
What types of weddings do you accommodate?
Civil, religious and symbolic ceremonies, from just the two of you to around 200 guests – in palaces, haciendas, hotels, rooftops and terraces in and around Seville, and also on the Costa del Sol and in Alicante.
Do you cater to any specific religions?
We plan weddings of all faiths, and non-religious weddings too. We help you find the officiant and include the traditions that matter to your families.
What wedding planning services do you offer?
Two main services: Wedding Day Coordination (from 2.500 € + VAT) for couples who book the venue and suppliers themselves, and Full Wedding Planning (from 4.500 € + VAT), where we take care of everything. Site inspection days and extra event days are available as extras.
How much does a wedding planner cost?
Our fees start at 2.500 € + VAT. Venue, catering and other suppliers are quoted separately, so you always see exactly what you pay for. After our first call you receive a personal proposal.
Do you charge for the initial consultation?
No. The first 20–30 minute video call is free. A site inspection day in Seville with Gunvor costs 300 € + VAT and is deducted from our fee if you book with us.
What additional event services do you offer?
We are also a licensed travel agency, so we can arrange welcome dinners, tours, accommodation and transport for you and your guests.
How much communication will we have?
As much as you need: unlimited e-mails, WhatsApp messages and Zoom/video calls throughout the planning.
Will I have a wedding planner at my wedding?
Yes. Gunvor coordinates the wedding day personally, from the first set-up until the party is over.
